Project #2 ADDRESS/LOCATION: 2356-58 E Fletcher Street APPLICATION FOR: Application for lot subdivision and erection of 2 single family homes with unenclosed front-loaded off-street parking and roof deck.
The Zoning Committee (ZC) will Meet on the 1st/2nd/3rd Tuesday of every month
The expressed purpose of the ZC, as much as reasonably possible, shall be to:
Gather information & perform fact-finding;
Both (1) function as the first point of contact for and (2) represent the community to potential developers and other outside interests; and ultimately
Work with developers to (1) facilitate and (2) ready for presentation to neighbors, projects planned for spaces of a residential, commercial, or industrial nature that fall within the boundaries of Fishtown.
The Zoning Committee shall treat Fishtown residents, developers, and outside interests in an unbiased manner.
Speak on the behalf of the FNA on matters related to zoning and ordinances affecting zoning in Fishtown.
Write letters to and appear at the Zoning Board of Adjustments on behalf of the FNA
Schedule and run zoning committee meeting and community meetings related to zoning in Fishtown.
Assign zoning committee representatives for ZBA hearings and Civic Design Review committees.
Coordinate Joint Zoning meetings with neighboring RCOs.
Designate a Zoning Committee Member to assist with any of the activities listed in 1 through 5, above.
Respond to media requests for information on Zoning related issues.
Manage the FNA committee in accordance with the FNA Bylaws and Zoning Committee Procedures.
Update and submit FNA's RCO application as required by law, following the FNA Board's approval of the application.
