PANDEMIC PROCEURE UPDATE During the COVID-19 pandemic, the FNA Board has authorized updated Committee Procedures (via link above) that lay out a process wherein the Zoning Committee will solicit feedback from the community on each project, and the Committee will then vote to Support or Oppose each project. FNA Zoning Meetings are held via Zoom! Click any event for Zoom Link, Notice of Refusal, and Zoning Plan/Renderings (if available)
ZBA, or Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearings are also posted, and include the FNA's letter of Support or Opposition. The ZBA is a City appointed Zoning Board that meets after the FNA meeting, and has final say on each project.
